Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. If the product requires customization, the processing time could be extended to 3-5 business days.

Shipping Options & Times

At BRAVGIO we offer free standard shipping on all orders. For domestic shipments, estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days. For international shipments, times can vary between 7-10 business days depending on the destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link so you can track the status of your shipment in real time.

Customs & Taxes (International Shipping)

Local taxes and duties may apply to orders depending on the destination country. If these fees can be calculated by our team, they will be added to the total before the order is completed. In the event that the taxes and fees of the destination country cannot be calculated, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay the carrier upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Issues

In the event that a package is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, it may be reshipped at an additional cost.
